They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. Acts 2:42
St Mark’s Chapel UNE is a Christian church community which meets on the University of New England campus.
We are an interdenominational ministry of the Armidale Diocese of the Anglican Church with a special focus on serving the needs of UNE’s staff and students.
At St Mark’s, people of all ages and backgrounds gather each Saturday and Sunday to encourage each other to grow more like the Lord Jesus Christ as we study the Scriptures, sing praises to God and speak to God in prayer.
We also have many Growth Groups that meet weekly (on and off campus) to ensure the whole St Mark’s family is looked after through all the ups and downs of life.
Because we believe that God speaks to us in His Word, much of our time is spent studying and sharing the Scriptures. We do this by systematically working our way through books of the Bible. By doing this we hear what God has to say to His world today.
St. Mark’s has two full-time and six part-time Staff members who are available to offer personal support and encouragement to UNE students, staff, and members of the wider Armidale community.
St Mark’s warmly welcomes people from all backgrounds, so please feel free to drop in anytime of the year - we look forward to seeing you soon.
In Christ,
The St Mark’s UNE team
