O-Week Bushdance 2007

O-Week Bushdance 2007

The annual St Mark's O-Week Bush Dance was held down at the Wright-Centre on Saturday 24th Feb.

It was a great night!

For the music, the well-known 'Patterson's Curse' came together, reuniting members from all over the countryside to put on a great show! Armidale's own infamous Billy McIntosh put on his shearing attire and did the calling for the dances - and as usual, did a great job!

It was a busy night with people everywhere.

At one point over a hundred and twenty people were spotted making their moves on the dance floor!

Students came from a large range of colleges, as well as from town.

A large group of international students also came to get a real taste of the way outback Aussies dance. They joined in and had a go too which was great!

Keep this one in your diaries for next year because it'll be on again!
