Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
We love our St Marks kids and consider them all vital and growing members in the family of Jesus Christ here in Armidale. We seek to nuture and grow them by supporting their parents and carers and by running programmes to train them up in love and awe of the Lord Jesus.

Playtime has 2 groups that meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings 10am - 12noon during the school terms.
Playtime has been running now for around 15 years and has provided hundreds of young children with safe and delightful communal play opportunities, as well as giving their parents and carers time out for chatting, morning tea and support.
The main aim of Playtime is to provide a time where Christian mothers from St Mark’s can build caring friendships with parents from our community in order to reach out to them with the good news of the gospel.
St Marks provides a crèche at AM Church Sunday mornings and at Sat@6 Church Saturday evenings. Creche supervision is provided by rostered parents of Creche-aged children in a safe environment within the main Chapel complex.
A crying room with optional live Bible Talk is also provided for parents with young children.
Each Saturday night and Sunday morning, about 15 minutes into the service, a swarm of young people move off to various Kid’s Klub groups to learn about God’s word in age-appropriate groups. This gives parents a chance to be taught without interruption as well as helping the children to understand how God’s word can impact their lives at their own levels.
