People leading the prayers need to remember that they will be leading congregational prayer, and should therefore organise their ideas carefully. Use "We" rather than "I", and pray in such a way that the St. Mark's congregation will want to say a hearty “AMEN”. The Chapel is committed to praying for A - G topics, so these should not be neglected – although every point need not be covered in each service.
The prayers will always come after the sermon, and we should also pray that we may incorporate into our lives the main point of the day’s bible teaching.
